• Do we refund money or offer product replacements?

    We only offer money refunds and/or product replacements to customers who receive incorrect or damaged items. If this is your case, please contact us at info@thegrandfathersayings.com with photos and videos of your item, and we will promptly assist you in finding an appropriate solution for your case. Any claim for an incorrect, damaged, or defective item must be submitted within 07 days from the date of product receipt to the specified email address.

    Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?

    At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about which size will fit you best, we recommend carefully checking our size guides in the product descriptions before making a purchase.


    While not common, it may happen that there is an error in the labeling of a product, where the product indicates a labeled size, but according to the size guides, it does not match and corresponds to a different size than the labeled one. If this is the case, contact us at info@thegrandfathersayings.com within the first week from the moment of delivery/receipt of the product, include your order number, photos, or videos of the item in question, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

    14-day cooling-off period applicable only for the European Union:

    Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 natural days, for any reason and without justification.


    To exercise the right of withdrawal, return of the purchased product, you must take into account the following conditions:


    • The item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging; you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase, as well as your order number.


    • We kindly ask you to notify info@thegrandfathersayings.com about your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal as soon as possible, in order to efficiently manage your request and provide the necessary follow-up to your case. Also, let us know where you will be sending the product from so that, if applicable, we can provide an address that suits your geographical location.

    • You have the option to return your product through "standard shipping with postal certification" to the address that will be provided during the exchange process or "that will be attached to the original package." All costs associated with the return shipping of the product will be borne by the customer.


    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will inform you of the approval of the refund. If approved, it will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
