When will I receive my order?

It takes us between 1 and 5 business days to process an order, after which we will ship it to you. Additionally, you'll need to consider the shipping time, which depends on your location, but you can estimate it as follows:

● USA: 2-10 business days
● Europe: 3-13 business days
● Australia: 2-14 business days
● Japan: 4-10 business days
● International: 8-25 business days

Customs Taxes

Will I have to pay customs fees for my order?

For international orders, there may be additional customs expenses. This customs fee is beyond our control and is the decision of your local customs agency. Customs policies vary greatly between countries (with fees based on value limits, quantity, product type, or local regulations) so we recommend briefly researching with your local authority to clarify this point.

However, we are aware that in most countries, products such as t-shirts and sweatshirts, and for personal purchases of small quantities, customs taxes are usually not applied, or very low rates may apply.

Delivery Delay My order

Should have arrived by now, but I still haven't received it. What do I do?

Before contacting us, please help us by following these steps:

● Check your spam and junk email folders to ensure that any important messages about your order are not overlooked.
● Inquire about your order at your local post office or the one assigned to your order.
● Ask your neighbors if the carrier left your package with them.
